Use as a protective roof coating for new or existing composition roofs with smooth surfaces, as a base coat for reflective coatings, waterproofing adhesive for polyester systems, and as an anti-corrosive protection for metal roofs, steel structures, pipes, and tanks above or below ground level. Solvent free, asphalt emulsified with Bentonite clay and water. Applied cold, non-flammable while wet, corrosion-resistant, and waterproof when dry. Does not crack, run, or sag under extreme weather conditions. Complies with ASTM D-1227-95 Type III, Class I. U.L Classified. FM approved. Covers approximately 100 sq ft per 3-4 gallons when applied as one coat.
